I am also a <a href="http://www.smiletrain.org/about/press-releases/smile-train-medical-advisory.html" rel="nofollow">Smile Train </a> supporter and I agree that they are such a forward thinking charity. Not only do they train doctors, but they meet with an Advisory board and independent professionals year round to keep everything current.
